Prices:
The price for each Dream Dates At Sea cruise is listed in the Departures
section on the Website. This price includes all Dream Dates At Sea
activities and amenities. Your berth or cabin must be booked
through our travel agency. The complete price will depend upon the
cabin category you choose. All prices are in
U.S. dollars. Should there be an increase in price from
the cruise line, we reserve the right to increase the price of the
cruise accordingly. Increases will not affect rates for deposited
cabins. Prices cannot be combined with any other offer, and are
cruise-only unless otherwise stated.
Prices Include: Your cruise with all meals and entertainment,
all Dream Dates At Sea group activities and surprises. Taxes and port charges are also
included in the complete price.
Not Included: Transportation to and from the ship, items of a personal nature or optional programs or
activities such as drinks, shore excursions, laundry, photographs and
tips.
Age Limitation: Dream Dates At Sea groups are intended for adults
only. The minimum age for participation in group activities and dining is
21 years. Children are not permitted in any program function, and we
strongly recommend you do not bring them on the ship.
Deposit: A deposit is required to register for the cruise and
will confirm your cabin category. Deposits are due at least 90-120
days prior to departure (3-4 months). Book earlier or you may miss
out! Final payments are due 60 days prior to departure (2
months). Call or email for deposit amounts and due
dates.
Final Payment: Due not later than the date specified in the
Cruise Line Brochure. Failure to comply may result in an automatic
cancellation, at which time all cancellation policies as described
in the Cruise Line Brochure for the departure will be in effect.
Your deposit receipt/confirmation is the only notice you will
receive of the final payment amount and date due. Depending upon
cruise line requirements, final payment may be made either credit
card or check.
Credit Cards: Final payment only may be made by Visa,
MasterCard, or American Express credit card if the cruise line
allows this. Cruise line policy is stated in the Cruise Line
Brochure for the departure. |
Air
Transportation: Depending upon cruise line policy, air may be
offered from selected gateways. Round-trip
airfare is NOT included in the Dream Dates At Sea complete price.
With a cruise-line air-sea package, transfers from the airport to the ship and return
are included. Air
tax is additional. If the cruise line has a cruise-only policy, we
will arrange air transportation at the best prices
available at the time of booking. An included one-night pre-cruise stay
may be required for distant departure ports.
Port Charges & Taxes: Are included in the complete price.
Documentation required: You must have with you a valid U. S. passport.
This is the only acceptable documentation. Citizens of countries
other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper
documentation.
Cancellation: The cancellation charges for a specific departure
are stated in the Cruise Line Brochure for that departure.
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to your travel
agent within the time indicated. Insurance, including Trip
cancellation insurance, is available and is highly recommended.
Pre-existing conditions covered if insurance is purchased with
deposit.
Single Share: Cruise rates are per person, based upon double
occupancy. If you wish to share a cabin with another male client,
we will try, but can’t guarantee, to match you
according to age. Cabins are designated non-smoking. If
we can match you, you will be charged the double-occupancy rate. In
the event you cannot be matched, the single-occupancy
rate will be in effect.
Note: Space is limited and will be sold on a FIRST COME, FIRST
SERVED basis. ACT NOW to avoid disappointment!
Responsibility: Group Hosts will be
provided. Dream Dates At Sea reserves the right to cancel
participation of a group host in the unlikely event that there are
fewer than the required minimum number of participants. We
reserve the right to terminate participation of any client in group
activities, including dining with the group, if, in the sole opinion of
the Group Hosts, client behavior is deemed inappropriate. Such
behavior includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate touching of a
Dream Date, following a Dream Date to his/her cabin, loud or vulgar behavior,
or apparently being intoxicated. NO
REFUND will be given in this instance.
Additional Information: The Dream Dates At Sea program is strictly
non-sexual. No sexual or erotic activity is approved or implied
during any program activity. Any such behavior during free times is
up to the parties involved. |
